Appraisal and Art Advisory Experience
Our Appraisal Clients have included private collectors, corporations, insurance companies, and attorneys, We have completed appraisals for insurance coverage, insurance litigation and insurance claims for major insurance companies and attorneys. We have also completed Charitable Contribution Appraisals for private clients for donations to numerous museums and institutions nationwide including Yale University, Fine Arts Museum of San Francisco, Los Angeles County Museum, National Gallery in Washington D.C., Crocker Art Museum in Sacramento, CA, Minneapolis Museum of Art, Cleveland Art Museum, Seattle Art Museum, and Detroit Institute of Arts.
Our Art Advisory Clients have included Marina Center, Singapore; Hong Kong International Airport; Advisory for the city plan for Songdo, a new city in South Korea; Hilton Hotels; Hyatt Regency Hotels, and many others. We have also worked with numerous private clients with their collections.
Experienced
Louise Allrich
Our principal, Louise Allrich, has an extensive background in fine art. She owned an internationally recognized art gallery for 25 years. She additionally worked as a fine art consultant-advisor for hotels, airports, office buildings, private collectors and cities internatioally. She is accredited as a Senior Fine Art Appraiser by the American Society of Appraisers, an internationally recognized appraisal organization. As a member of American Society of Appraisers, she served on the Board of the Northern California chapter for ten years and serves on the National Board of Examiners. She is also up to date on the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) which is required for all appraisers.
